FLINTWALL REPAIR & CONSTRUCTION
Lewes Flint and Design is a specialist flint construction and consultancy practice bringing together architecture, artistic vision, and traditional craft expertise.
Founded by three partners with diverse creative and construction backgrounds, we offer a unique combination of design-led thinking and skilled craftsmanship. From contemporary flint architecture and bespoke new-build projects to the careful restoration of historic structures, we work with clients who value quality, authenticity, and attention to detail.
Our approach begins with understanding the character of a building, landscape, or site. We then combine traditional flint-working techniques with thoughtful design to create work that is both beautiful and enduring.
A Different Kind of Flint Specialist
What sets Lewes Flint and Design apart is the breadth of expertise within our team.
Our architectural knowledge allows us to approach projects with a deep understanding of form, proportion, planning, and construction. Alongside this, our artistic backgrounds bring creativity and sensitivity to every commission, while decades of traditional craft experience ensure that every detail is executed with skill and care.
As a partnership that includes a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, we are proud to bring a broader perspective to construction, design, and client collaboration. We believe successful projects are built on communication, creativity, and respect for both people and place.
